Rethink and Eat

RETHINK AND EAT, IT'S YOUR BODY, DO NOT BE HARSH ON IT

Hi there! Instead of writing about a specific illness today, I'm writing about the novel idea of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) and my appreciation for the medical documentary "Hack your Health-Secrets of your gut," which I found on Netflix.

I was intrigued by the thumbnail and decided to read the description, which promised to take me on a tour of the digestive system.
Thus, based on my regular interactions with people at work and at home, I hear complaints about various health issues such as diarrhea, constipation, and upset stomachs.

This is what we typically learn.

However, the approach known as "Fecal Microbiota Transplantation," which treats the issue using the feces of healthy people, has advanced beyond expectations and produced incredibly unexpected outcomes.

In order to create this unique visual information, numerous physicians, pathologists, and diagnostic specialists from the USA worked together. They examine four distinct lives and investigate how each body responds using two methods, an MRI of the brain and a poop study.

It has been demonstrated that the gut serves as a second brain, regulating our appetite and assisting the brain's normal functioning as a mood enhancer, hunger center, anorexia center, and imposed restrictive diet.

Do you guys know about our body's microbiome? It is created by certain bacteria, viruses, and yeast interacting with one another inside.

The significance of beneficial bacteria for the body is explained by the findings of poop analysis, and MRI brain imaging makes it easier for patients to comprehend how their eating habits and digestion are being affected.
This gives you some perspective on when and how to control your cravings for food and recreational eating.

I consider this awareness channel to be a "Eye opener," and I urge everyone to view it in order to gain valuable insight into your own intuition.
