Testicular cells are present in testes which are enclosed by a sac like thing called Scrotum, located under the penis.

This checking is important and should be done on a monthly basis.
Regular testicular self-examinations can help identify growths early, when the chance for successful treatment of testicular cancer is highest. A testicular self exam is best performed after a warm bath or shower because heat relaxes the scrotum, making it easier to spot anything abnormal.
