What are Acne?
It is an inflammatory disorder of the skin, which has sebaceous glands and hair follicle attached to it. It is a condition in which an oily substance plugs hair follicles and dead skin cells.
It is a common condition and can be seen during the course of everybody's life. Females are more predisposed to such condition due to difference in their skin form and sensitivity.
In teen girls acne are seen because of an increase in male sex hormones called androgens. Menstrual cycle is one of the most common acne triggers.
But entering the season of summer, people with severe skin sensitivity welcome the most Red disease affecting skin called Acne Rosacea.

ACNE ROSACEA
It is a long-term inflammatory skin condition that causes reddened skin and a rash, usually on the nose and cheeks. It can worsen after spending a lot of time in sun. It can lead to long redness of face caused by pus-filled bumps on face.
Causes:-
- Idiopathic(unknown cause)
- Abnormalities in blood vessels of face
- Reaction of microscopic mites found on face
Triggers for the condition:-
- Alcohol
- Spicy food
- Tomatoes, citrus fruits
- Chocolate
- Hot beverages
- Aged cheese
- Wine
- Processed meat
Signs and Symptoms:-
Ultra-sensitive skinOily skin
- Burning skin
- Broken blood vessels
- Raised patches of skin called plaques

Treatment:-
There is no definitive cure for rosacea, rather it can be removed from face by laser treatment or intense pulsed light therapy.
